How to fix combat stutters in Hellblade II with AMD Ryzen 5 5600?

Combat scene switches caused painful stutters as SLC cache overflowed. I tried setting virtual memory to half disk space, which made frame drops worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise depth to 2048 and enabled write cache refresh. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s, and load times cut from 12s to 5s.
