Huntkey 400X Cooling Setup
Entering smoke-covered areas, my frame rate would plummet from 165 to 80 without warning, paired with the fans screaming. I tried full speed in BIOS, which only dropped temps by 5℃ but sounded like a power drill; the solution felt almost ironic. I utilized the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a 74℃ trigger and a linear step increase for 80-90℃, capping speed at 2100 RPM. Cinebench R23 tests confirmed peak temperatures were suppressed to 77-82℃ per AIDA64 with voltage at 1.30V.
