Why does Battlefield 2042 lag during explosions on Intel Core i5-13490F?

Whenever buildings collapsed, CPU load spiked and FPS plummeted from 100 to 40, which was infuriating. I tried disabling Hyper-Threading in BIOS, but it actually worsened the drops and lowered overall FPS by 15, which made me angry. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game priority to 'Realtime' and switched to a High Performance power plan. Cinebench R23 scores rose to 22500, HWiNFO confirmed CPU temperatures at 75-85℃, and GamePP Sensor recorded calculation latency at 20-50ms.
