Why does Way of the Hunter 2 lag on Corsair DDR5?

I noticed Way of the Hunter 2 dropping to 48 FPS during high-speed movement. I tried tightening timings to 28-36-36-108, but the system crashed with a BSOD. I then used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to select 'High Performance' and the BIOS Wizard to set timings to 30-38-38-108. GamePP Monitor showed load stabilized at 72-78%, and AIDA64 confirmed the fix. The frame rate recovered to 58-62 FPS, finally setting the right performance baseline for smooth hunting.
