Lock Extreme Performance

Under extreme stress, the physics simulation of city buildings became a nightmare, and my system would just freeze instantly. I tried enabling High Performance in default Windows settings, but CPU usage spiked and the game actually became laggier, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force Extreme Performance mode, reducing voltage variance from 0.92-1.05V to 0.03V per HWInfo. SSD temperatures stabilized at 62-68℃ per AIDA64, and frame generation time hit a steady 5.1-6.4ms per GamePP.
