Fixing SLC Cache Saturation
The futuristic city was a mess; CrystalDiskMark showed my 990 PRO write speed plummeted from 6000MB/s to under 800MB/s, causing jarring frame drops. I tried re-performing partition alignment in Disk Management, but it did nothing for the cache overflow. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. HWiNFO showed latency dropped to 65-72ns and temps at 48-55℃.
