Why does Pacific Drive freeze during vehicle collisions?

Under extreme stress, the vehicle collision effects in-game became a nightmare due to unstable power delivery and instant freezes. I tried enabling High Performance in default Windows settings, but CPU usage spiked and the game actually lagged more, which was disheartening. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force the system into Extreme Performance mode and disabled energy-saving. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed voltage variance dropped to ±0.05V, with core temps stable at 62-68℃ per AIDA64.
