Resolve PCIe Bandwidth Bottleneck
Speeding down the Mexican highway, the car would freeze during collisions due to physical calculation lag, ruining the experience. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows power plans, but CPU temperatures soared to 98℃ causing severe throttling, which was infuriating. I entered the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Guide, switched to L3 mode, and tuned VCCSA voltage from Auto to 1.26V. Cinebench R23 scores increased by 1200 points, and CPU temperature stabilized at 82-85℃ per AIDA64.
