Why are my NFS temperatures fluctuating so much?

Driving in NFS felt unstable due to temp spikes. I tried tweaking fan speeds, but it didn't stop the fluctuations. I realized it was a contact issue, so I re-applied paste on the PCCooler RZ620. AIDA64 now shows consistent 70-72C temps, and HWiNFO reports stable 1500-1700 RPM, confirming the fix worked and the system is no longer bottlenecked.
