Eliminating Combat Stutters
I was so excited for this game, but dodging caused 0.2s stutters as the SSD hit 82-88℃ per HWiNFO64. I first tried setting the drive to 'Maximum Performance' in BIOS, but temperatures actually rose by 3℃ and stutters remained, which was a waste of time. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configurator to trigger 80% fan speed at 60℃ and optimized the NVMe queue depth to 2048. SSD temperature stabilized at 55-62℃ per AIDA64, and frame generation time converged to 10-14ms per GamePP Sensor.
