Why does Manli RTX 5060 drop frames during Monster Hunter combat?

Facing giant monsters, frames would suddenly drop from 70 to 35, making precision aiming nearly impossible. I enabled 'Maximum Performance' in drivers; frequency stabilized but VRAM temperature soared to 88℃ per HWInfo64, which felt ironic. I used the GamePP Image Sampling Calibrator to fine-tune power limit weights and apply a +0.01V offset. Now, frame time converged to 12-16ms per RTSS and GPU temperature stabilized at 65-72℃ per GPU-Z, with a consistent fan speed of 1700 RPM per GamePP monitoring.
