Optimizing resource scheduling for Soyo SY-A320D4+ in Minecraft

This motherboard is basically gasping for air with raytracing; I/O latency was hitting 110ms, and the screen tearing was insane. I tried moving the game files to an SSD cache partition, but while it saved 3 seconds on loading, the micro-stutters persisted—just ridiculous. I ended up updating the chipset drivers to the latest version and forced the disk write cache 'on' in the registry. Checking the frame time graphs, the spikes dropped from 22-55ms to a much cleaner 16-24ms. I actually broke my USB ports during the first driver update, which terrified me until I rolled back and did a clean install. CPU usage is hovering between 75-90% and RAM is sitting at about 11GB. I exported the latency logs to a text file for analysis, and the fans are steady at 1400-1600RPM. It's still a budget board, so don't expect miracles.
