Reducing I/O Latency

It was absurd to feel input lag in a turn-based game; LatencyMon revealed the B240 RGB service was spiking I/O latency to 3.5-5.2ms. I tried disabling the lighting controller in Device Manager, but the pump speed dropped to minimum, causing the CPU to hit 90℃ per AIDA64. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to disable three redundant services and optimized controller priority. RTSS showed frame times returned to a stable 10-14ms line, and SensorPanel confirmed water temperature at 32-36℃.
