Why does Manor Lords freeze during rapid territory expansion and planning?

While planning large-scale farmland, the screen would twitch every few seconds, which was absolute torture. I tried formatting the partition and re-aligning it, but the stuttering frequency actually increased, which felt incredibly ironic. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase the depth to 256 and enabled write cache optimization. Frame times converged to 12-16ms per RTSS, temps hit 46-54℃ per HWiNFO, and fan speed stabilized at 1400-1600RPM via HWiNFO.
