Why does the Manor Lords loading bar freeze at 92%?

Every time I enter the game lobby, the loading bar freezes at 92% for several seconds, which is an agonizing process. I tried disabling memory power-saving options in the BIOS, but it only increased standby power consumption without improving speed. I then entered the GamePP Resource Scheduler to optimize the virtual page allocation strategy and raised the memory lock priority to High. RTSS showed minimum FPS increasing from 38 to 52, and AIDA64 confirmed memory temperatures at 42-48℃.
