Should I use memory load monitoring to fix siege stutters?

Frame rate dipped below 30 FPS during the worst siege. I tried increasing VRAM frequency blindly, causing a total system crash. GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor identified the timing issue. I locked the frequency and set High Performance. Frame rate stabilized above 60 FPS per In-game FPS Counter. CPU load curves are now smooth per GamePP Monitor.
