How to fix random frame drops while galloping in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II?

Galloping across the plains of Bohemia was amazing until the screen started suffering instant freezes. I first tried lowering the frequency to 5600MHz in BIOS, which stopped the crashes but slowed down loading speeds significantly. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to increase memory voltage from 1.35V to 1.38V via HWInfo64 and loosened timings. RTSS showed the frame time curve smoothed out completely, and AIDA64 confirmed memory temperatures were stable at 52-60℃ with a read/write latency of 72ns.
