Why does Hellblade II freeze during large-scale physics calculations?

Under extreme stress, the physics simulations became a nightmare, with the GPU voltage jumping wildly. I tried enabling High Performance in default Windows settings, but CPU usage spiked and the game actually became laggier, which was disheartening. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Extreme Performance mode and disabled all power-saving commands. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed voltage fluctuations converged to within 0.03V, power consumption was 160-180W per GamePP, and core temp was 70-76℃ per AIDA64. It hit 76℃
