How to fix GPU hotspot overheating in Gray Zone Warfare jungle fights?

It was infuriating; every time I entered a jungle firefight, my GPU hotspot hit 105℃ per HWiNFO64, cutting my frame rate in half. I tried adding powerful exhaust fans to the case, but it only lowered the temp by 3℃, which did nothing for the instant spikes. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force fans to 100% above 80℃. 3DMark stability scores rose from 91% to 98%, and AIDA64 confirmed the actual GPU temperatures were suppressed to a stable 78-82℃.
