Why does my game stutter when building my base in Gray Zone Warfare?

Expanding my base caused constant freezes. I closed background processes, but the stutter persisted. The GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor showed usage above 90%. I upgraded RAM to 8GB to reduce page swapping. Memory usage stabilized at 65-70%, and page swap frequency dropped from 120/s to 15/s. Construction is now smooth, and I exported the config for reference.
