Stopping GOW Ragnarök Lag
As combat intensified, CPU temperatures soared from 65℃ to 92-96℃ in ten seconds, causing the frame rate to tank to 30 FPS. I tried setting the fan to full speed in BIOS, but the noise was like a helicopter and temperatures still hovered around 85℃, which felt futile. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a 75℃ trigger and forced fans to 2200 RPM between 80-90℃. AIDA64 confirmed peak temperatures were suppressed to 78-82℃, and the GamePP tool backed up my settings.
