Fixing I/O Service Conflicts
Despite avoiding overclocking, the fluidity while swinging through the city was poor, with PresentMon showing frame times jumping between 12-40ms. I tried disabling unnecessary USB devices in Device Manager, but the stuttering persisted and my controller became unstable, proving the conflict was at the service level. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to identify and disable the conflicting RGB sync service. RivaTuner confirmed the frame generation interval converged to 10-14ms, and AIDA64 showed core temps at 64-70℃.
