Ryzen 5 5600 Stutter Fix
It's honestly ironic that with this hardware, I was getting choppy stutters during a simple horse ride. I tried disabling global C-States in the BIOS, but while it stopped the jumping, my idle power consumption soared and temps rose by 10℃ per AIDA64. I switched to GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and optimized the core parking strategy. This smoothed everything out; frame generation time dropped to 11-15ms per RivaTuner, while CPU-Z showed the 3.6-4.4GHz fluctuation vanished and temps stayed at 62-70℃ per AIDA64.
