Kioxia EXCERIA PRO Tuning
It's unbelievable that a PCIe 4.0 drive could perform this poorly in Sumeru; every teleport felt like a slideshow. I spent two hours reformatting partitions and realigning 4K sectors, but the frame drops persisted, making me mock my own inefficiency. I finally accessed GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration and increased the queue depth from 64 to 256. CrystalDiskMark showed random reads improved to 65-72MB/s, and AIDA64 confirmed read latency dropped from 110ms, with temperatures remaining at 52-58℃ per HWMonitor.
