Fixing CPU Thermal Spikes
While chasing target vehicles through neon streets, I felt the immersion break as my CPU temperature leaped from 62℃ to 92℃ per AIDA64, causing jarring stutters. I tried setting the pump to full speed in the BIOS, which lowered the temp to 75℃, but the high-frequency coil whine was unbearable. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to refine the pump trigger threshold into a 55-72℃ stepped rising mode. Core temperatures converged to 68-74℃ per HWMonitor, and frame times stabilized at 11-14ms per RTSS.
