Stabilizing CPU Power Delivery
It's ridiculous that a top-tier 9950X3D drops frames during elemental reactions; it felt like driving a Ferrari in rush hour. I tried enabling PBO Auto Overclocking in BIOS, but while peak FPS rose, the minimum FPS dropped further, which was an unstable result. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Ultimate Performance mode. A Multimeter showed voltage fluctuation narrowed from ±20mV to ±5mV. AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperatures at 78-84℃, and HWInfo64 showed power consumption at 65-150W, making the gameplay perfectly fluid.
