Fixing 1% Low FPS Drops
Entering the psychological realm, every camera rotation caused a noticeable stutter, shattering the immersive experience. I tried enabling the High Performance power plan, which only added 3 average FPS while the 1% lows remained stuck at 18 FPS. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lock voltage at 1.28V and set the PL1 limit to 105W. 1% lows improved to 32 FPS per GamePP Tool, with CPU temperature at 78-84℃ per AIDA64 and VRM temps at 90-96℃ per HWiNFO64.
