How do I fix high input latency in Fortnite with a Huntkey Blizzard T620?

In 1v1 duels, my key responses felt sluggish. OCCT showed 12V ripple fluctuating between 0.15V and 0.22V. I swapped power connectors, but nothing changed. I then used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector. It found a background service stealing GPU resources. I disabled it and adjusted startup order. Now OCCT shows 11.95-12.05V stability, and latency is under 8ms. The input feels instant again. I exported the power logs to confirm the fix.
