Optimizing NH-D9L Noise Levels
Exploring Far Cry 6 was annoying because my Noctua NH-D9L kept stopping and starting, causing noise spikes. I tried adjusting the BIOS threshold, but it made the cycling worse. I realized the power plan was the culprit. I opened the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and switched power management to High Performance. AIDA64 confirmed temps stayed at 65-70°C, and noise dropped to 30-35dB. This finally exported a quiet, stable experience.
