Why does my game stutter during unit summons in Dota 2?

Stutters during summons were killing my flow. Setting virtual memory to half disk space made it worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Configuration to raise depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads at 68-75MB/s and HWiNFO confirmed 42-55℃.
