Stop CPU Clock Instability
Screen tearing and frequency jumps are a disaster in a horror game, breaking the tension. I tried limiting the maximum power wall to prevent drops, but my average FPS plummeted from 110 to 85, which felt like a pathetic compromise. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher for Extreme Performance and set the BIOS load-line voltage to L3 mode. CPU-Z showed voltage stabilized at 1.2-1.25V, and AIDA64 confirmed core temperatures stayed within 72-78℃ during heavy combat.
