Reducing Thread Scheduling Lag
In an oppressive space environment, my system was struggling with scheduling delays, and the stuttering was absolutely maddening. I first tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but CPU temperatures soared to 88℃ per AIDA64 while the stuttering persisted, which felt ironically powerless. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to boost the main game process to 'Realtime' priority and killed all background sync services. RTSS showed frame times stabilizing at 13-17ms, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperatures settled at 68-75℃, while GPU temps stayed at 65-72℃ per GamePP.
