Water Cooling Circulation Optimization

High-load combat in Night City caused the CPU to spike from 65℃ to 85℃, leading to painful stutters. I tried lowering fan speed to reduce noise, but it failed to control the temperature and actually increased frame drops. I then used the GamePP Hardware Sensor to set the pump speed to 2000 RPM and switched the fan curve to Balanced. AIDA64 stress tests confirmed the CPU temperature dropped to 72-78℃, with the water block stabilizing at 45-50℃. This allowed me to export reliable performance data.
