Speeding through Night City in Overdrive mode was a nightmare because the screen hitches for 0.3s constantly. I finally used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue limit from 1024 to 2048 and disabled power saving. Random 4K reads rose from 35 to 50 MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, and frame times stabilized at 5.1-6.4ms per RTSS.
