Fixing Samsung 9100 Throttling
It was ridiculous; my PCIe 5.0 drive throttled so hard during map loads that the progress bar stuck at 99%. I tried disabling Windows Fast Startup, but that was useless and actually added 5 seconds to the load time. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to max out M.2 zone fans to 100% at 60℃. The difference is wild: HWiNFO showed temps dropped to 62-68℃, CrystalDiskMark confirmed stable reads of 9.2-9.8GB/s, and the previous 2.1GB/s bottleneck vanished.
