How to fix FPS drops from 90 to 40 in Pacific Drive anomaly zones?

The visuals were stunning, but while driving through anomaly zones, my CPU hit 92℃ per AIDA64, causing frames to plummet from 90 to 40 per RTSS. I first tried disabling shadow quality in-game; while the frame rate recovered, the visual loss was severe, and I refused to accept such a compromise. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to switch the AIO mode from Silent to Performance and lowered the fan start temp to 50℃. RTSS monitoring showed core temperatures dropping to 76-80℃ per AIDA64, and pump speed stabilized at 3000-3200RPM per HWInfo.
