Fix Core Scheduling Issues
While stealthing through Kyoto, my frame rate fluctuated wildly like an ECG; it was a total disaster for the fluidity. I tried limiting the processor state to 99% in Windows Power Management, but it actually dropped my performance by 10 FPS per MSI Afterburner. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L2 mode and Vcore to 1.22V. AIDA64 showed core response latency dropping from 82-105 to 65-72 ns.
