Why does Apex Legends drop frames with Gloway Celestial Strategy Yi?

The fast-paced combat in this game is a torture test for memory stability; every explosion felt like my PC was gasping for air as the FPS tanked. I tried enabling 'Extreme Performance Mode' in the motherboard BIOS, but it just pushed memory temps to 62℃ and triggered thermal throttling. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lock the voltage at 1.40V and adjusted the tRFC timings. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 10-15ms, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures at 52-58℃.
