Bypassing the Power Wall
It was ridiculous that a 16GB card felt like a slideshow during rat swarms, with GPU-Z showing frequencies wildly jumping between 2.4GHz and 1.1GHz. I tried the 'Maximum Performance' mode in the driver, but HWiNFO showed temperatures hitting 86℃ with fans screaming like a helicopter, yet the frequency still dropped. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance and raised the BIOS power limit by 15%. CPU-Z confirmed frequencies stabilized at 2.3-2.5GHz, and AIDA64 showed temps at 76-82℃.
