Why does my Zotac RTX 5060 Ti drop frames in UE5 physics?

UE5 physics lagged on my Zotac card, dropping to 55 FPS. I changed power plans, but it didn't help. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set VCCSA to 1.23V. Cinebench R23 scores rose from 34500 to 36800, with temps dropping to 80℃. This verify step confirmed my multi-core scheduling is now stable.
