How to fix FPS dropping from 80 to 30 while driving in Cyberpunk 2077?

Speeding through Night City was ruined when my frame rate plummeted from 80 to 30 without warning. I first tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but HWiNFO64 showed CPU temps soared to 92℃, causing severe throttling. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the game's CPU affinity to high-performance cores and set priority to High. Cinebench R23 showed a 7% increase in multi-core response, and GamePP FPS verified the game stayed stable at 70-80 FPS. Driving is finally smooth.
