Fixing Core Frequency Swings
During massive charges, I noticed the 7500F frequency swinging wildly, causing frame generation time to spike from 16ms to 28ms. I tried disabling PBO in BIOS; while temperatures dropped by 10℃, the maximum frame rate fell by 15 FPS, which was an unacceptable sacrifice. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to boost speed to 85% at 70℃ and applied a -15mV PBO offset. Core frequency stabilized at 4.8-5.0GHz per RTSS, temps stayed at 74-79℃ per AIDA64, and frame time hit 16ms via RTSS. Now I can verify
