The Witcher 3 Frame Hitching
Exploring Novigrad, every fast camera turn caused a slight hitch that was incredibly obvious in the Next Gen version. I tried enabling the XMP profile in BIOS, but while the frequency stabilized, memory latency increased by 6ns, failing to solve the scheduling issue. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to bind the main thread to P-cores and set memory to High Performance. RTSS confirmed frame intervals converged to 12-18ms, and HWiNFO showed temps at 52-60℃.
