Fixing Witcher 3 Random Drops
Walking through Novigrad, the frame rate would suddenly tank to 30 FPS with slight screen tearing. I tried 'Extreme Performance' in the driver panel; while peak FPS rose, the frequency of drops actually increased. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to bump memory voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V per BIOS. 3DMark confirmed frame times stabilized at 14-20ms per RTSS, memory temps stayed at 48-55℃ per AIDA64, and fan speeds hit 1200-1400 RPM.
