Why does Khazan stutter during group combat on G.Skill Trident Z Royal?

Group combat was a stuttering nightmare. Frame time spiked from 8ms to 45ms. I tried disabling the camera, but it killed my stream. Task Manager showed CPU usage at 65-72%. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to Manual. I enabled hardware encoding priority in OBS. RivaTuner confirmed frame intervals stabilized at 7-12ms. OBS showed no frame rate fluctuations. It's smooth now.
