Why does my Fanxiang S790 2TB cause screen tearing in Stellar Blade Path Tracing?

Stellar Blade tearing in Path Tracing was a nightmare. I updated AMD drivers, but it made things worse. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to lock VRAM at 1.35V. 3DMark showed stable 65 FPS. VRAM temp stayed under 75℃. This voltage lock is the best way to verify your visual stability.
