Solving PUBG Urban Frame Drops
Moving through Pochinki was lethal because frame times would suddenly jump from 12ms to 48ms. I first tried updating all chipset drivers in Device Manager, but the stuttering persisted and I even got crashes, proving it was a software conflict. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to set conflicting RGB sync services to manual and optimized memory priority. RivaTuner showed frame intervals converged to 10-15ms, and Task Manager showed CPU usage stable at 68-75%. Finally stable.
