Resolving Cities Skylines II Jitter
My Vastarmor RX 9070 XT Super Alloy Ultra was spiking to 85-92°C in Cities: Skylines II, causing 12-28ms frame time jitter. I tried increasing page file size, which dropped FPS from 144 to 95. Total waste. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to switch fan curves to performance mode, boosting VRM fans from 1200 to 1800 RPM. HWiNFO64 showed temps dropping to 68-74°C and frame times stabilizing at 7-12ms. The city finally runs smoothly.
