How to fix micro-stutters on Vastarmor RX 9060 XT in MGS Delta?
Sneaking through the brush is immersive until the screen just freezes for about 100ms every time I rotate the camera. It totally kills the vibe. My Vastarmor Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB OC was using 9,2GB - 10,5GB of VRAM, but the driver was clearly choking on the new engine's instruction set. I tried dropping texture quality to Medium, but the stutters didn't budge and the game looked like mud, which told me this was a low-level driver issue.
