Returnal Micro-Stutter Fix
During dense bullet-hell combat, the screen would freeze for 0.1 seconds, which is lethal in Returnal. I tried lowering the frequency to 6000MHz in BIOS; the stutters stopped, but I lost 8 FPS, a compromise I was reluctant to make. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to increase voltage to 1.45V per HWInfo and set L2 mode. Frame time converged to 9-13ms per RTSS, and fan speeds stayed at 2200RPM per AIDA64, keeping the high-speed action fluid.
